Cristina de Luna is a volunteer withPerrikus, a refuge north of Madrid. I met Cristina when I visited the refuge last July when I took part in a rescue with L’Europe des Levriers.
It’s a small refuge, well organised, with room for 30 dogs. At the moment the shelter is totally full. And they have 18 galgos for adoption, waiting to be taken out of Spain as soon as possible.
