After the story of Kamal, at the other end of the spectrum is another example of the Spanish cavalier attitude to the value of life. Wha a miracle is the creation of a new life, whether it is a human baby, or a puppy. This little baby was found abandoned, just one month old!
This baby galgo was abanoned in Jaen at just one month of age. He was wandering the streets the best he could carrying with him a stomach full of worms and parasites. He could barely walk from the malnourishment he was suffering.
Luckily for him, along came his guardian angel – a lady who scooped him up and took him home. Now he is two months old and in better health.
