This galgo, barely alive, was thrown over the fence to Cantinho do Animals de Beja, Portugal. He was in a corner when the volunteers arrived. As you can see, he was completely emaciated and covered in ticks. They took him straight to the vet. Sadly Noah did not make it.

Update on Estrela. She is doing well in foster care, EU passport prepared, and it looks like she is going to come to me in France for temporary foster en route for her forever home in the UK.
