Galgos del Sol worked on gaining her trust and eventually she submitted to trusting herself into their care. She has now found a forever home in Slovenia, doeasn’t she look beautiful.

    Toledo galga food Bea June 2011 250 Here are the photos of the Toledo galga who had chewed through her foot to escape a wire snare. The flesh was being attacked by maggots. Some of the photos are not very pleasant, but rest assured that she had the best of veterinary treatment and is now in foster care.   • Hanged galgos in Toledo – Baas Galgo takes the murderer to Court

    Hanged galgo 4 16 03 2011 250 Sickening story of animal abuse but, at the same time, heartening if the perpetrator is brought to justice and severe penalties inflicted on him. Story received today from Baas Galgo.

    A man confessed to having hanged his greyhounds because “it was the custom to do so at the end of the hunting season”. The animals had a microchip, which helped to locate the culprit. This case is being investigated by the court of Torrijos and the hunter faces a prison sentence.
