This poor soul is in Barbate, Cadiz. He is very thin and, as you can see, has an eye out. Surprisingly he is willing to get n a car, he is not too afraid, wags his tail a bit. The problem is that the volunteer has not the funds to pay for the operation needed on the eye. She desperately needs a foster home for him, and an association to take care of the eye operation with their vet. Please, is there an association anywhere who will take this poor boy in and save what is left of his eye. Goodness knows what caused this damage.
