Once owned by a gypsy, these 2 boys have been to hell and survived. They are looking for a special person to give them a forever home together.
Sancho has the worst scars. Hung and burned with cigarettes, he also has a depressed fracture of the skull where his head was stamped on. Yet he still has love in him, to give to someone, in exchange for kindness and security. Luis probably came from a racetrack. Eventually they were abandoned.
Sancho also has leishmania but it is not a problem as long as he has his pills. His pal Luis..real name Quijote…, is a little chap who came from race track to the gipsy who finally abandoned them both…after trying to hang the big lad.
They are remarkably friendly, though sometimes Sancho is freaked out if you approach him with a collar or lead which looks like a rope. Understandable when you consider the torment he must have suffered.
They are very sweet boys, but must be homed together as they have been through so much together.
They were successfully adopted 2 years ago and much loved, but family problems have brought them back to rescue. Maybe there is a special someone out there who can give them the forever home they so deserve?
Sancho is about 7, and Luis 5.
They are currently in foster in with Joanne Simm in southern France. If you can offer them their forever home, contact Amigos de los Galgos

Please help these guys….they really deserve a better ending than they had a beginning…they have stuck together through thick and thin, and it’s been quite a journey. They don’t ask for much, just a place of safety, and food and love. They are quiet and well behaved. I know this is a big ask, but there must be someone out there who has enough love to share?
thanks, on behalf of abused galgos everywhere…
