Last month I ran a report from the Bright Eyes Society about a forthcoming court case on Ibiza against a Spaniard who had more than 50 podencos running loose. The case was due to be heard earlier this week.
Bright Eyes Society now report that the case has been postponed in order for the accused to undergo psychological tests. A forensic woman has stated that he is mentally ill for “this case” In other words, that only in regards to animal mistreatment he is “crazy”! As this conclusion has been arrived at by someone who has no competence to deliver it, the accused will now be examined by professionals.
