LET’S EXPOSE the worst rated perreras in Spain, that is, the dogpounds where the galguerros take their galgos at the end of the hunting season in January each year, plus all the other beautiful dogs and cats abandoned by uncaring owners – the cost of putting down a dog at the moment, I’m told, is 7 euros. It takes 20 minutes for the animal to die, during which time it becomes paralyzed………………..
