This picture shows how well Parchito is responding to the veterinary treatment for his appalling skin condition. He actually looks like he’s interested in life again. Thanks to the volunteers and the vets who do such an amazing job of saving these poor souls, abandoned like a piece of rubbish each year after the end of the hunting season.
By the way, I’ve been told that Parchito was not burned alive, it was a serious case of mange. I can only post the news as it is sent to me, and the first report said he had been burned. Whatever, it is fantastic to see him on the road to recovery.
