One piece of great news! In Granada, Andalucia, a judge has taken action against a man for maltreatment of a dog! Hurrah!! After 2 sentences in two years, and a fine of 720 euros against the owner, the dog is now in the safe-keeping of a shelter.
The court action was made by Fernando Luis Velazquez of the Associacion Amigos de los Animales, Granada – and he won! Hurrah and bless him!
