Disposing of dog poop

If like me you have a few hounds, I’ve had 4 galgos at one time, down to 2 now and a podenca, then disposing of their poop can be a problem. A friend of mine with kennels uses a stack of old tyres, building them up one at a time to a tower. She covers the poop with soil and leaves and it eventually breaks down into compost.
