Hunting in Spain with hounds finished on 31st January. February 1st is Day of the Galgo. This year there are marches in over 32 cities around Europe to protest that animal laws in Spain do not protect the Spanish hunting dogs from maltreatment. Demanding that hunting with hounds is banned permanently in Spain and the Spanish islands.
