Viv Wharton and the ACTIN team do incredible work in the Cartagena area of Murcia where animal cruelty among the Spanish is rife. At the moment they are working to close down a municipal dog pound and need all the support they can get, especially to pay their legal and vet fees for the dogs they take out, some of whom are extremely sick.
