  • SOS Galgos, Barcelona – saving and rehoming galgos

SOS Galgos English website 250 4 2012SOS Galgos in Barcelona have now got their new website in English. Click on this link – if it takes you to the Spanish website, just click on the Union Jack at the top of the page. They are still working on completing the information on some pages.

You will see their claim – 160 galgos abandoned every day, that’s 58,400 galgos every year – so much for those people who have said to me ‘you exaggerate’ when I say 50,000. SOS Galgos is based in Barcelona city, in the veterinary clinic of Albert, which is where the operations – shown in the photos – were carried out.
