Another killing of galgos!!! This time near Benicarló. This happened in February 2012. The corpses are partly burned and beneath the galgos are bones from earlier killings. IT´S ENOUGH, BASTARDS!!!

Galgos, dumped, abandoned, unwanted, and hunting has only just started!
The dumping of galgos continues, increasing now as the hunters abandon the dogs which don’t make it as hunters, breeding bitches etc. Cobie of Scooby asks (on Facebook) ‘Why do they bring them to a perrera where they will be killed after 21 days and not 40 km. further to Scooby where they are safe?? I will never understand that. Anyway, this morning I took from the perrera in Simancas these 3 female beauties which can be taken of from the deathlist now and certainly will be adopted very soon to live a happy life with a loving family. They are young, beautiful and very, very sweet!’
And 8 more in the Gesser killing station, Cadiz; some of them have been reserved. But you can see from the pictures how frightened they are, not understanding why they are there. I suppose the only good thing we can say about the galguerros dumping them at the killing station is that it is better than hanging them, dumping on motorways or dropping down wells.

Scooby Residencia Valladolid is now OPEN!
The Scooby Residencia in Valladolid is now OPEN! It has been designed and constructed to hold approximately 30 dogs. Part of the Residencia is a refuge for Scooby dogs and part is kennels. The kennels are available to rent so if you are driving through Spain and want somewhere to put your dogs, please contact Cobie, who lives on site.
