Since Mr Frans K (the animals Hangman from IJsselstein) has failed to appear last August 16. in court, the court case adjourned to 28 August 2013 at 13.00. He is now dedicated to should appear on 28th August because he is different by the Parquet police is retrieved.
The judge is of the opinion that Mr. itself to the fonnis needs to hear given the severity of the case. This judge was about his forsaking everything but satisfied and therefore condemned this. And they can maybe serve as example for others who think themselves guilty to animal violence. So just support of a party/Foundation/animal lovers as yours can be of great importance for now but also for the future.
We will demonstrate again and we hope that you will present to make a statement for heavier sentences, heavy fines and better legislation. But would also like to submit signatures for this case.
This is the chance to make clear on behalf of the people that we all sat there so easy for dealers that dierenmis come away but also that the people fed up is being confronted more and more with the increase of misstanden animals.
We all agree that something has to change.
There is a lot of media attention for this subject, also yesterday so now is the opportunity to introduce our joint goal, stopping animals misstanden and better legislation, to show that we are together for this fight and that something has to change. Together we are strong, after all, and the more people the sooner the Hague also will have to that the law needs to be adapted.

More to add. I pass on a message received from Holland. Maybe he won’t try in the U.K. But you never know. This year he got a number of dogs from a Greece shelter, promising he would find a good adoption family for them in the Netherlands. He confessed, after police picked him up, that he has killed two dogs. He was a very short time in jail and he isn’t allowed to have dogs anymore, But now I hear he is looking around again abroad with his beautiful and lovely stories about how he will take care of the poor abandend dogs and makes sure he will find a loving home for them in the Netherlands. So he doesn’t have to pay for them…..He could use another name now of course, he changed his home town too, but you have his picture now and its all over Internet… So don’t be afraid…. He just must be stopped !!!!!
ok i will pass message on but as far as i am aware in the uk they all have to fill in forms and do homes checks and never let adog go for nothing but even filling forms in ect doesnt always secure the dogs future without fatlities sometimes
