I tried to sign the first petition, but they are asking me for this info “Identificação (BI, Cartão de Cidadão, Passaporte) (*)” and it’s mandatory field. I’m thinking this may be only for European citizens???
I have signed two of the petitions and will be emailing those listed with my objections. This cretin should not be allowed to own any more dogs. I am so sorry for the dogs who have suffered and are suffering. This is an absolute disgrace, please everyone sign the petitions and email those in authority. This is a disgrace and I am so sorry for the people who have tried to rescue the dogs and have hit a brick wall.
I also had issues with signing the petition as I could not type in my passport number as it begins with a letter and not a figure.
I then only entered the figure part…
I think the petition was customized for Portuguese citizens.
Whereas I succeeded signing the other 2, I could not sign this one of the 3 petitions:

No, it asks for an ID number like all Spanish and Portugese forms and delivceries and lots of things. Just put any of your ID document numbers that it will accept – probably not more than 10 or 12 figures.
All petitions signed. As Kate said, the Portuguese petition also accepts the number that appears on the ID card, it doesn’t have to be the passport number.
You’re right, it worked. I entered my health card number (minus the letters because the site accepts only numbers) and it worked. Thanks Kate!
