I want to express my horror regarding the act committed in your municipality, the hanging and beating of a dog.
Trusting in your common sense, I would ask you to take measures to try to locate the owner, to denounce these acts and to take steps to prevent this happening in the future.
I am, along with thousands of others, the defenders of the galgo, and we will continue to fight to eradicate these situations.

Quiero expresar mi repulsa hacia el acto cometido en su municipio, el ahorcamiento y apaleamiento de un perro.
Confiando en su sentido común, le pediría que tomase medidas para intentar localizar al dueño, denunciar estos actos y controlar cómo tienen los vecinos a sus animales, somos muchos lo defensores de los animales que luchamos por erradicar estas situaciones.

Thank you for your comment. Agree with you. I am currently compiling a list of British MEPs who are noted to have interest in animal welfare issues, so any input on this will be very welcome. One of the French associations has put together a dossier to present to a French MEP, which I am translating into English.
If anyone can take up this mantle in other EU countries so that we can all work together at the same time to make a very strong voice, I would love to hear from you, with as much information as possible.
