This is the message received today from Anna, at SOS Galgos.
Our foster volunteer Patricia and our main person in Zaragoza , Juan Carlos, yesterday morning decided to get up and drive to Ciudad Real from Zaragoza to go and get their two galgos they were waiting to foster. Due to the recent bad weather, the MRW messenger service hasn’t been working and they didn’t want another day for the service to start work.
So they drove 6 hours there and six hours back to get the galgos that had been patiently waiting in a kennel in the cold. While there, they decided to take the little one with the cut ears (his name is Van Gogh) back since he hadn’t been able to travel up to Barcelona as planned because of the bad weather so they are going to send him to us on Monday from Zaragoza instead, where the service will be more reliable. We are so happy that he is going to spend Christmas in Patricia’s warm home.

Bonjour
Yes, a lovely ending to a poor little hurt galgo
puppy. And we wish all the same happy ending to all the thousands of
galgos still suffering in Spain.
