Those of you lovely supporters and readers of Galgo News in Spain – where does the law stand on ‘citizen’s arrest’? Hubbie just told me about this website – can we copy this to prepare a case against Senor Zapatero or any of the other councillors/politicians, legal enforcement officers’ if people in public office in Spain do not fulfil their election promises?
