Rotaguau Perrera (dog pound) has now raised its charges for saving a dog from there.
Bearing in mind the number of hunters who are now dumping their galgos at perreras, this could be the cost to an association for saving EACH dog
72 euros for MRW
50 euros to the vet
40 euros more to the vet for ‘protective’ – not sure what that is
30 euros to take the dog from the perrera to MRW (animal transport company)
TOTAL – 152 euros to save each dog.
