This is an atrocity…! What kind of people are the Spanish..? This is nothing more then a show of ignorance at it’s highest level. So much for these EUROPEAN LAWS….WHERE’S THE COMPASSION TOWARDS ANIMALS ? Yet,they are so quick to allow Terrorists stay in a country that wants too expel the fiend to a country that want’s him to put on trial, yet so many animals are legally allowed too suffer needlessly in Europe ! Another great reason for the U.K to cut the cord from these evil ,sadistic monsters ! Please somebody take these dogs in and give them the treatment and love they need.

I had lived in Germany for 14 years and had not seen a single abandoned animal during my stay there.
During this time a guy was denounced in Britain for killing hundreds or even thousands of racing greyhounds.
There are no killing shelters in Germany, either.
I think that continental Europe contains very different countries indeed. But Spain seems to be quite unique, unfortunately. Even much worse than Hungary and even Hungary has no very good reputation when it comes to abandoned pets.
