11 years is not enough for this psychopathic piece of shit but glad he has been banged up for a decent amount of time. There should be longer sentences for animal abusers.

That monster does not belong in society. And it was only a question of time before he “progressed” to humans. Those psychos get bored with torturing animals and will always turn to torturing people.They should be locked away for life. There is no “treatment” for that kind of evil.
