Story just in on my Save the Galgo facebook page…the pictures are a fb video so sorry I can’t share.  But suffice to say that the 3 galgos are 2 black and one white, very thin.  The balcony is a long narrow one with a tiled floor.  The top of the wall up to the next balcony is blocked in so at least they have not been able to jump over it and either badly injure or kill themselves.  Here is the google translation.
