Beating the bastard galgueros again! Hank & Declan – ones they left to die in agon

The story of a brave galgo with Galgos del Sol by president Tina Solera.

‘Hank was once left to die a slow death, paralysed on the streets with no means to survive. We fought for him and decided to operate on his neck. Many people including vets from abroad insisted he would never walk again judging by the MRI scans and the chances we were taking were simply cruel.

Some of you wrote to me and said I was an animal abuser. Most of you said lets rock this and believed in GDS and Hank! Hank says well here I am a lean mean running machine, the quickest kid off the blocks, the galgo with the biggest gob, the galgo with the biggest heart, the most nimble and the most playful out of all of them.

Not only did he walk again he became a superstar! We believed in him every small step of the way. Check out Hanks story here… ‘

I’m so glad that Tina helped. Every dog deserves a chance. So many dogs have made full recoveries from appalling injuries. I’m glad that the dogs aren’t put to sleep (unlike vast amounts of dogs going through the doors of Battersea dogs home apparently!)
