   Simon Coveney is a murdering piece of rubbish with blood all over his hands. You disgusting immoral man sending these dogs to be tortured and to their death. There are no animal welfare laws in China you monster. This is a country that eats dogs, Yukon festival – heard of that Coveney you despicable excuse for a man. Dogs should not be shipped to other countries like this and especially not to countries with no animal welfare laws. It’s bad enough the outcome for the racing dogs in the UK, never mind in China. This can never be acceptable and the Irish government is corrupt and rotten to the core to allow this.

   As an Irish citizen I’m sickened to my core on hearing this news on the plight of these dogs…..come on Ireland for gods sake….you allowed the same behaviour with children born out of wedlock in the 50-60’s….and now poor defenceless dogs
   I urge my fellow country men and women to do what they can to halt this unnecessary evil act….
   You voted for the equality law to be passed and rightly so now extend the same humanity to these dogs

   Simon Coveney your an idiot and you should hang your head in shame for your part in allowing those greyhounds to be shipped to China..still all is not lost as this publicity only serves to further promote the appalling animal welfare that exists in Ireland already
   The Dog Trust UK goes over and back to Ireland twice a week bringing dogs back to the UK from pounds in Dublin…
   Have witnessed this happening with my own eyes at Dublin port and Holyhead
   Shame on you Ireland…..
