Words almost fail me.
There is something very seriously wrong with people who allow a dog to suffer like this.
Hunters do not love their dogs, they are just tools to be disposed of, no matter what they say the evidence is there for all to see. Hope this scumbag is reported. Poor dog, how can you let an animal get into this state, disgusting.
