All countries suffer from abandoned dogs – irresponsible people who refuse to have their animals neutered and leave it for caring animal lovers to pick up the pieces. The problem for the hunting dogs of Spain especially is overwhelming and it’s getting worse, no matter how hard the rescue associations and shelters try. It’s also getting much harder to home all the dogs…again because many European countries have their own abandoned dog problem.
