In this issue of The Healthy Hound Quarterly you’ll notice a fair amount of content about Galgos (Spanish Greyhounds). They did this for a couple of reasons, partly because there is an increasing number of galgos adopted in the US and they have their own unique characteristics that both veterinarians and adopters need to be aware of. Dr Guillermo Couto and his team of Ohio State University have written a couple of interesting articles on their studies.
