For the wonderful volunteers in Spain, if they don’t own their property, it can be a difficult situation when an owner decides they want the property back. Ann Marie Payne was hopeful she could finally relax but things took a turn for the worse. Ann tells the story here of her experience with another woman.
‘The dream of having kennels in La Cala has stayed exactly that.! A dream. Less than a week before signing the contract, and the contract to form an association she has come up with issues that were never mentioned before!
But that’s OK, because I would never have signed a contract with such strict stipulations, and especially if it affected the way I run https://www.facebook.com/annscaninecare/ To me the dogs will always come first. So having waited around 9 months for the kennels to be completed, I am in exactly the same position now as I was then. I just wish that things would have come to light sooner.
So please if any of my friends in the Malaga area, or estate agents know of anywhere we can rent with kennels, stables or a place to put porta cabins to adapt as kennels please let me know, and the place has to be legal. And West of Malaga. Contact Ann on this link.
