GRA 3 galgos black 400
From Sandy at Galgo’s Rescue Almeria

‘Last week we collected 3 Galgos, GRA wants to thanks Tracey Smith for convincing the hunter to sign them over. All three are very skinny and the 2 adults have a lot of wounds and some skin problems.

We were a little bit worried for their blood results, so we went directly to the vet . All 3 got a first medical checkup. The 2 adults are blood tested, the boy is negative for Leish/ Erlichia/ Anaplasma and Filaria the girl also negative for Leish/ Erlichia/ Filaria but positive for Anaplasma. She need a treatment with doxiciclina for 28 days. The puppy, we gave her the name Olivia, got also a checkup. Because she’s also under weight she only received her booster vaccination/ chip/ European passport.

Luckily all 3 are safe now and a new future is waiting for them.

All support/ help is welcome to cover medical costs.
