Machu In just 2 days Galgo’s Rescue Almeria collected all these unwanted galgos…thrown out by the galgueros…all young with many years ahead of them to live in happy forever homes. Contact Sandy Galgoslover is you would like to adopt one. And Sandy and John desperately need the funds to pay for all the blood tests and passports.
Sandy tells the story.
22/2/2021 – Today we collected these 3 Galgos at Maskota Clinica Veterinaria in Fuente Alamo. All 3 have already been dewormed and treated against fleas and ticks. Also a blood test has been done and all 3 are free of the Mediterranean diseases.
Many thanks FMA to negotiate with the galgueros to hand them over. We can now start to make them ready for a new and better life.
23/2/2021 – GRA was asked to help 3 galgos from Badajoz, 3 became 5 and finally 6 arrived.
We already received a wonderful donation from Un Levriero per la Vita to cover part of the transport costs.
We still need your help to cover the rest of the transport as also to cover their medical care ( chip / passport/ vaccinations / bloodtest / neutering /……)
The same day these 2 new arrivals, two sisters Ariana & Victoria. They were handed over by a galguero from Jerez de la Frontera.
We want to thank Kim for negotiating and getting them to safety.
Next week they will get a complete checkup, blood tests, vaccinations, …….
Please, you can support one of these galgos to cover medical costs:
