‘This is a taxi with a trailer full of Greyhounds, 34 in a small open trailer on their way to race them. I got onto their trailer and held their trailer and taxi hostage while phoning Benoni SPCA and my amazing friend Martine Hampson who arrived within minutes. Drove on the trailer with them with people behind and in front of them to make sure they didn’t get away. When animal lovers stand together! All of them are now safe and being assessed by the vet and a case opened. To all the men who passed while I was standing alone between 10 men to the ladies who all stopped to help these babies, THANK YOU!!
