From Sandy at Galgos Rescue Almeria
‘At the beginning of July, these 2 hounds Tracy & Phoenix had an appointment at the vet for a general checkup and vaccinations.
When these sweethearts arrived at Galgo’s Rescue Almeria they urgently needed immediate surgery. The traumatologist performed emergency surgery on Tracy’s upper leg on her right hind leg.
With Phoenix it was the elbow on the left front leg. For him it was waiting patiently that he recovered completely and that his leg could be saved as he had been wandering around with his fracture for weeks.
But today we look back with satisfaction on the work our vets at La Seda have done.
Both sweethearts are now ready for the next step in their lives going to a forever home.
