we have to tell you a case that we need your help.
We recently picked up in Palencia a galguita tied near our facilities, some soulless had abandoned it.
She’s about 4 years old, she had many wounds and we think she was stabbed because she’s very shy, but very good.
Well when taking her to our veterinary hospital for a checkup, our beloved vet who had more problems, ran several tests and noticed something in her blood. After conducting a test we got the bad surprise that Ehrlichia and Leishmania has. We’ve let her in for a few days while she gets cures and treatment for both illnesses. She’s been bathed with a special shampoo and she’s slowly recovering.
But we need your help, in Palencia the veterinary costs are not covered and this bill is already for more than 600 € in the veterinary. Leishmania treatment is very expensive and so are the antibiotics for Ehrlichia.
