Even though hunting with hounds in Spain ended at the end of January, the shelters are still overwhelmed with dogs abandoned and dumped in perreras.
No sooner has space been made in shelters because galgos have left for their forever homes but the space is soon filled by more innocent souls dumped by the galgueros. The pressure never stops.
