Torre del Campo, Jaen – galgo with Wobbler Syndrome?
Lourdes helps with a small association in Torre del Campo, Jaen. This galgo, now called Voyka, was recently rescued, and his movement is disco-ordinated. He has now been assessed by the vet and this is what Lourdes says.
‘I tooko Voyka to Jaén to test various things: the x-rays didn´t show anything in the head and the column but our vet thinks that it´s Wobbler syndrome

Huesca Perrera – 30 dogs on death row
Huesca Perrera in Northern spain doesn’t often get a mention; they don’t tend to get galgos, but they do get podencos, English Setters, labradors, German Pointers…..they are full to overflowing and their vet Jose has appealed for help for adoptions. Podencos desperately needing help
