Torre del Campo, Jaen – galgo with Wobbler Syndrome?

Lourdes helps with a small association in Torre del Campo, Jaen. This galgo, now called Voyka, was recently rescued, and his movement is disco-ordinated. He has now been assessed by the vet and this is what Lourdes says.

‘I tooko Voyka to Jaén to test various things: the x-rays didn´t show anything in the head and the column but our vet thinks that it´s Wobbler syndrome

He says that we would have to do a myelogram to see the area that its failing. The problem is that it´ll take a whole day and it costs about 170- 200 euros. There are more tests that would give us accurate information but can´t be done in Jaén but in Córdoba University. All the tests and the surgery would costs 1000 euros more or less.

I need economical help for the myelogram and when I get the results we will have to decide. Please could anyone donate and help me pay these first vet fees.
