Any of those of you who joined in my recent letter-writing campaign receive any replies. Unusually, I have yet to receive one from Snr Zapatero’s office, I usually get a response. The only reply I have received this time is from the Office of the President of Castilla La Mancha.

received reply today from Jose Enrique Serrano Martinez.
My letter was in spanish and the reply is too, however……I don’t speak or understand much spanish!
It’s about a page and a half’s worth.
