his deadline is not 1st of march, but he needs to be saved or his deadline will be set.

She wrote as indicated in the German forum, too, that she would pay the EUR 30.- for the 3 or 4 dogs who are due to be killed on 1st March.
She is now organizing a German rescue group to take over the dogs.
She writes as in the German forum, that she needs the name of the contactperson and she asks, if they get her e-mail in time?
She can not speak or write Spanish, only English or German.
I hope the Spanish helper get her e-mail in time. She is not registered on Facebook, therefore can not contact the Spanish people via Facebook page.
They should check their e-mails asap and answer her.
