In my report Trip to Spain 2, I wrote about Prodeanse, a small association covering a 40km radius from Alcala del Rio in the Province of Seville. It is a very bad area in which to be a dog, especially a galgo. Since my visit, one of the volunteers came across this galgo, dead on the street…this is the harsh reality for dozens of puppies and dogs abandoned on the streets of Spain.
