You will all be aware that the Andalusian Junta intends going back to the dark ages and legalising ‘training’ galgos from a motorised vehicle. They can be tied to a bike or a car or quad and run by force – if they fall, they are dragged and suffer horrendous body burns, injuries and pain – this from the age of 6 months!!!
The ‘study’ says it’s okay whilst the vehicle does not exceed 15km. Who is going to control this speed? Who is going to police it? Remember, the dogs already are suffering physical and psychological abuse and if this measure is passed, this suffering will be exacerbated. And there are women on this Junta, who you might expect would be more sympathetic. But No!
There are only a few days left to show our support to CACMA (Collective Andaluzian Against Animal Abuse). We need to help the Spanish associations to stop this reform before it is too late for the galgos!!

For me, having been on rescues where we have brought out of Spain to France galgos which have suffered injuries from this treatment before it was made illegal – it makes me want to get in the car, drive down to Andalucia and throw myself in front of these bloody men and vehicles! No, on second thoughts, go down with a gang of thugs, get the bastards and tie them naked to my vehicle and I’ll drive 100km/hr….make them suffer the results!

NO NO NO, to training the Galgo’s behind motor bikes + quad bikes, this is brutal + totally unnecessary, theses dogs will die + suffer dreadful injuries, it is evil + so cruel so NO NO NO, THIS MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN, would you teach your children to run fast tied behind a motor of any sort, NO YOU WOULD NOT, so DO NOT DO THIS TO THE ANIMALS WHO HAVE NO VOICE TO PROTEST. This must not be allowed to happen. Dogs will suffer as usual and the men will sit back and watch, as usual. Put the men behind the bikes, let them run instead! We should start manracing and replace greyhound racing…!!!

Show that you are a civilised people. I am shocked that in the21st century Spanish people behave in a sadistic and evil manner to poor defenceless animals. As Ghandi said you can judge a country by the way they treat their animals. You shoul hang your head in shame.
