how many times do we have to repeat that seprona needs reports to be able to actuate! they are completely overloaded with work and if nobody ever reports cruelty to galgos to the authorities, we will never be able to claim better laws. barly anybody reports cruelty cases. the spread it all over the internet, ask for thousands of euros of donations like for example Lets Adopt but no reports made ever.
in german there is a saying:
WHERE NOBODY REPORTS ILEGAL THINGS, NO JUDGE WILL EVER RULE!
AS LONG AS SPANISH RESCUERS DO NOT REPORT EACH AND EVERY CRUELTY CASE THEY SEE TO SHOW THE REALITY IN SPAIN, THE AUTHORITIES WILL ALWAYS SAY AS LONG AS THERE IS NO PROOF THEY DONT SEE THE PROBLEM.
Hi Mo, thanks for commenting. I hear so many times that people are afraid to report cases because of reprisals…it’s well known how aggressive people are if complaints are made against them. It’s not just cruelty to galgos, it’s cruelty to all animals. I ask people, have you made a denuncia, and they have been threatened. So what is your answer to them?

This is the reality, as I am always saying. It takes a brave person to denounce locally. Sandra Baas used to be ok because she lived in Madrid and denounced in Toledo and Cordoba. I remember you denounced someone in your village, Mo, were you subjected to reprisals?
