Please see message below that was received today from a trusted source. Could you all send to everyone in your address book, with lots of eyes looking for this van there’s much more chance of them getting caught.
When I was halfway to Kent doing deliveries this morning I had a phone call from my son, apparently the RSPCA were at my door. I have seen a white van with lowercase letters ‘rspca’ (NOT their Logo) in my road for the last 2 days with the occupant seemingly just walking around ? Luckily, having seen the van, I had reminded my children just yesterday that if they come, they do NOT come in, they do NOT see my dogs, and they must come back when myself and/or my husband are here.
They asked straightaway if they could come in (?), then asked if we had cats or dogs, then said from the barking when they knocked it sounded like some of our dogs were GSD’s…..they showed No I.D. either…..
I was mightily pee’d off that they’d come when I was out, so phoned the RSPCA when I got home to ask what it was about and tell them they need to make an apt as we are busy people and they won’t catch us otherwise, I was asked if they’d left a calling card, and when I said no, it was stressed to me that their officers will ALWAYS leave a calling card, and to phone the police.
This I have just done, and have a case number to call if I see the van again, this area is apparently rife with dogs stealing at the moment and all sorts of things are being done to mislead owners and steal the dogs. Apparently GSD’s are one of the breeds they steal to order – what a surprise.
LETCHWORTH last week, ROYSTON this week – are you local? It may be your town next! I phoned DDA WATCH whilst I was on the road to make sure of my rights, they are FAB! Please support them, and look after your dogs!
Many thanks

thank you for this information. We don’t know jet wheter this has any coincidence with the very tragic case of last week leading to the death of 5 Greys that where transported in a small van from UK destination Denmark. These guys parked their small van on a restplace, “refreshed themselves after a very strenous drive” a woman heared the cries of the dogs and noticed the stringent smell coming out the van, called the police and the vet authorities, it must have been a terrible sight for these people.
5 dead greys, the other 6 still alive.
This greys were packed in cages 12″ wide, this van was without ventilation or fresh air. Last week we had 38° temperatures while this poor Greys where cramped in this small van.The remaining 6 greys are now temperarely in a rescue shelter till investigation of ownership, transportation violation etc. being solved. As far as we know these Greys are not from rescue association. Some indication leeds to that these Greys should have gone for vivsection to Denmark as the laws in this country very liberal at animal experimental.
Could there be an coherence to what happens at the moment?
ps what does GSD stand for?

aww this is horrible news them poor greyhounds so where are they from who as let them go in a van not supplied with air con and what are the 2 carrying them thinking of or like is said is there a link are they taking any dogs are there more than one van involved and more people
Thanks for the heads up. I own 3 GSDs and thanks to false and malicious complaints from my nasty ass muslim neighbours (West Midlands Police have done nothing of course about their criminality) I Have had a few visits from the RSPCA. They ONLY ever see my dogs from outside and certainly do not need to come into my home to see them. They can look through the gate.
Anyone arguing the point can have a conversation with my baseball bat! I will protect my dogs at all costs.
