Maya is now safe at 112 Carlota Galgos and is in rehabilitation. Who knows what hell she has been through to leave her so terrified and traumatised. She is now on a long slow road to recovery, but no one will ever know for sure what her life was like on the streets.
Thanks to a wonderful lady Rosemary, her four pups are safe in foster and now have a chance of having a different sort of life from their Mum. They won’t feel pain, terror and hunger on the streets, only love, happiness and safety in the arms of a family. Maya’s four pups are approximately 8 weeks old and have been named Safiy, Brodie, Alisa & Bodie.

Oh poor Maya but she is in the right hands now with Charl. Good news about the pups too. My Jake was a traumatised galgo and it is just awful when they are so terrified like that. I hope that she makes a good recovery and that a loving forever home is waiting for her. I will put something through for her in the next few weeks.
