Galgos in Scooby waiting for their forever homes. Two stunning black beauties and a brindle princess.
This black beauty is SANTIAGO: a not so very big male 2 years old who was thrown over the fence from the residencia by his ex owner. Thank you coward! Very sweet, beautifull, good with other dogs, playfull and all other good things which galgos have. For adoption.
TIGRESSA needs a family! Rescued by Scooby from the perrera provincial from Valladolid. She is about 6 years young, very, very sweet, quiet, super with other dogs, good on a leash, she is a super dream galga.
And this black beauty has the biggest character. Cobie explains.
‘We have to be honest and we will be, HOUDINI did not get this name for nothing. He is an escaper. When we rescued him from the perrera provincial in Valladolid, he was already in a special kennel because the man said: he is an `escapista`, an escaper. He jumps walls from some 2 meters high, it´s not a problem for him. Then he walks over the kennels of the other dogs, making them all crazy and barking like wild because this is exactly what they all really would like to do even if it should be just once …but Houdini does it a few times a week and makes me repair his kennel roof every time again…and again.
The good thing about this is that he does not really escape, he jumps from the roofs on the small road where the residencia is situated and then runs to the front door where he starts peeping to let him in. He just hates a kennel and wants to be with people and other dogs, isn´t that a little bit sad?
But probably nobody wants a dog like this so more likely he will be here for years and years and will die from old age in a by him so hated kennel!!’
If you would like to adopt any of these wonderful hounds, contact Scooby.
