Regular readers will have followed the stories of Estrela, Foguete, Duke and Esperanza – the galgo family rescued from an abusive alcoholic galguero. Teresa and her family have given their all – literally – to help the dogs in the very poor area of Portugal where they live. This year they personally have suffered as no one should – and now Teresa’s daughter is appealing for help as her mother is ill from the strain of it all. Please help her get back on her feet and continue helping the animals – who would suffer without them. Please share.

That is really sad, I am so sorry that Teresa’s mum is ill. I will donate tomorrow. They are amazing people helping save the dogs. Hope that they get plenty of donations.
