Progress is slow in Europe when it comes to authorities taking action against perpetrators of animal cruelty. Here are two reports from PACMA about their success in achieving prosecution against maltreatment of animals in Spain. well done to all involved about time something was done and not befor time animals are not machines they are of flesh and blood just like us humanes and fear things and feel pain in the same way we do go fwd the people involved with bringing these cases to light a victory hope many more to come
