Please help this poor boy. He has been named Oli. He was hit by a car and fell and the next two or three cars ran over his front legs without even slowing down. He has been taken in by Vero, a friend of Charl del Rio. Vero rescues many dogs and cannot afford the extensive vet fees needed to help Oli. Those of you who know Ebro’s story will know what a very long journey it will be to repair Oli’s legs so he can walk again. Please help Oli or the vet may put him down. Paypal is adoptaotros@live.com

It’s when you see things like that that you realize that there is truly a very, very long way to go before people change their views of animals. To have so little consideration for life and suffering and so little compassion and kindness that you drive over a dog like that is incomprehensible to me. How can a so-called human being do such things? What is wrong with people???
Oh I just can’t get my head around this at all. What kind of morons would do this. Ok I understand that it may not always be the driver’s fault if they hit an animal but it’s the arseh*les in the cars behind who just ran over him without a thought, disgusting individuals. This boy needs all the help he can get. Has this been widely advertised Beryl ie on facebook? The more people who see this the better in terms of donations. I will donate next week, which is as soon as I can. I just really cannot fathom out the lack of conscience in some people. Poor Oli, I am thinking of him, he deserves a life, not to be put to sleep. Thank you to Vero for saving him.
This is published on facebook also, but it will be a long journey for Oli, as it was for Ebro with Charl del Rio, and very expensive. But his is a life, it is valuable, he didn’t ask to be trashed by shitty people in cars, nor the bastard who abandoned him…and Vero is a friend of Charl del Rio, so know that your donations WILL go towards the vet fees for Oli. I will post updates when I get them. Meanwhile, pray to his guardian angel. I don’t say ‘pray to God’ because if there was a god, he would not have let this happen to an innoccent soul who had done no wrong in the first place…………..

I will be putting a donation through on Thursday for Oli. My Mum wants to donate too, so I will be putting a donation through on her behalf. She doesn’t have a lot of money being a pensioner but wanted to help him. She was as disgusted as I was that these idiots just ran over him without a second thought – horrible, heartless people. The Spanish vet team caring for Oli have yet again worked miracles and you will be delighted to know that Oli has had his legs pinned back together and is managing to walk! He still has a long road to recovery but as Jen says, Go Oli Go!
Ah that’s fantastic news! I have made a donation and am so glad that the vets have been able to help Oli. I am thinking about this lovely boy and it’s nice to have some good news.
