Terrible outcome for the galgos of Andalucia, Spain

Please there are petitions always sign, it does make a difference, although unfortunately in this case, we didn’t win. After two years of work led by the Andalusian Federation of Galgos (FAG) and the Andalusian Hunting Federation, the Directorate General of Animal Health of the Junta de Andalucía has approved the legalization of ‘training’ galgos with motor vehicles in Andalusia, something that until now was considered by the Administration as a crime of animal abuse.

It’s just disgusting. They are so corrupt and revolting. It’s obvious what the outcome of dragging a dog at the back of a motorised vehicle could be. It doesn’t take much of a brain cell to realise that this is torture, abuse and will cause suffering to animals. The authorities who have agreed this are scum and the hunters who subject their animals to this abuse are also scum. These people are stuck in some kind of medieval mindset. Allowing this to happen drives home that these people are backward thinking, corrupt and just generally rotten to the core. This is a heartbreaking outcome for the hunting dogs of Spain.
